Large south west facing swimming pool with spa/jacuzzi, all fully screened. There is a specially extended deck area for sunbathing and the rear of our property is not overlooked. We have a spacious covered lanai with ceiling fan and comfortable pool furniture for al fresco dining. A pool fence is available for the safety of small children.

Superb fully fitted kitchen with large oven and microwave and side by side fridge freezer with icemaker. The kitchen adjoins open plan spacious dining area with its feature bay window providing additional seating if required.
